Everyone knows what a chicken nugget is, and most of us know the horrible ingredients involved in making them. We tested so many recipes to get this vegan version right as we know it could be an important recipe to a lot of people. We brought them for a walk around our factory and let some of our staff taste test them so we knew we were onto a winner. Let us know what you think of these if you try them out.
Sorry we don’t have a written recipe for this! We’re currently working on an updated and improved version which will feature in our new book (to be launched in Spring 2018)… So please bear with us until then!
