  2. My partner and i have decided to become vegan. This is after a lifetime of eating meat and dairy (30 years). We started out on compassion grounds and then saw the health benefits. While our pet dogs and cats are still fed meat and eggs, we are on trial vegan diets. And we are so completely sold! Tasty is helping a lot.

    I have tried a few vegan days, here & there…noticed a big difference in post meal energy. After eating quinoa power bowl meals, plenty of energy without the sluggishness I get after animal product meals.

    I want to transition, starting with 4 days a week, 2 consecutive & 2 separate days.
    I'm lucky for having a few local fruit & veggie markets to choose from.

    1 of my roommates wants to get in on the action too.

    If a goes well, we will try vegetarian on the 3 remaining days and take it from there. I'm hoping our approach makes for a smooth & healthy transition. / /
