  5. it looked scrumptious indeed! may I ask you as a flight crew member, I'm always wrestling fr time and find myself unable to pack the right food for the trip. As a result, all I eat are protein bars/shakes (non sugar) to avoid the other unnecessary processed foods…is this right in your view?
