Lavender’s healing properties are known as a nervous system tonic, for depression, stress and tension headaches. Lemon balm healing properties include nerve relaxant and it is also good for anxiety and stress.

If you are pregnant avoid large doses of lavender because it is a uterine stimulant.

Other anti-anxiety juicing vegetables include broccoli, carrots, celery, fennel, leafy greens and watercress.
