We tackle some 5 ingredient quick & easy food using frozen veggie noodles!
These paleo, Whole30, gluten free recipes will hopefully get you inspired if you’re on lock-down or sheltering in place. All ingredients used are frozen, canned, jarred or pantry items so these veggie noodle variations are perfect for quarantine cooking!
Frozen veggie noodles can serve as a versatile base for a variety of tasty paleo home-cooked dishes and can be stored indefinitely which make them ideal for quarantine time. It’s now possible to find not just zoodles (zucchini noodles) in the frozen section, but butternut squash noodles, carrot noodles, and beet noodles as well!

Chicken Teriyaki Sesame Noodles:
-1 package frozen spiralized carrot noodles
-1 pound diced frozen chicken pieces
-2 TBSP Primal Kitchen No-Soy Teriyaki
-1 TBSP sesame oil
-2 TBSP toasted sesame seeds
Zoodles with Marinara and Meatballs:
-avocado oil spray
-2 packages frozen zucchini noodles
-salt to taste
-1 pound frozen meatballs
-1/2 jar Primal Kitchen Garlic Marinara
Fall Veggie “Pasta” with Alfredo:

-1 package frozen butternut squash noodles
-1 package frozen brussels sprouts
-1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
