  3. Hi Chetna, I am trying to stay on a vegan diet so I substituted the paneer with cooked rice, peas, grated carrots and a couple of spoons of breadcrumbs. So delicious! Thanks !

  4. I heard that in India people do not touch any food unless it is made with lots of onions and lots of garlic. Is it possible to this also without onion and garlic?

  8. Made this tonight following the video (a lot of pausing and starting) and the curry is so good! I also followed Chetna's previous directions for how to make paneer, which I did yesterday. YUM!

    I've got a friend who is vegan, so I'm wondering if there is anything I could swap out the paneer for to make this vegan? I made mine with coconut cream/milk instead of double cream and it was still delicious.

Chetna , just wow, it looks yum , I will make it next Monday and let you know, meanwhile I have a request can you teach Dhokla, I make dhokla but it's bit dry, I sprinkle water tadka on the top, but still it's dry, can you teach tips and tricks to make perfect dhokla as we get in the Dhokla shops in India, please please.
