the “perfect diet” is one that includes all of the foods you love. it is being flexible and knowing how to nourish both you body and your soul. please do not judge how i eat or compare yourself with how i eat. we are all so different and have different needs. i eat intuitively and don’t restrict myself from anything that i’m craving. if this video does anything, i hope that it inspires you to try something new 🙂 even if not, i just hope you enjoyed it!
