Zucchini 3
Salt 1 tsp
parsley (just a handful)
Dill (just a handful)
Onion flakes or onion powder 1 tbsp
Bread crumb 1 cup
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
Feta cheese 1/2 cup (crumbled)
Eggs 2
Oil for frying

نمک 1 قاشق چای خوری
جعفری به اندازه دلخواه
شوید به اندازه دلخواه
پیاز خشک یا پودر پیاز 1 قاشق غذاخوری
آرد سوخاری 1 گیلاس
آرد ساده 1/2 گیلاس
مرچ سیاه 1 قاشق چای خوری
پنیر موزارلا از یک گیلاس کمی کمتر
پنیر فتا پنیر صبحانه 1/2 گیلاس (خرد شده)
تخم مرغ 2 عدد
روغن برای سرخ کردن

ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة
البقدونس (فقط حفنة)
الشبت (مجرد حفنة)
رقائق البصل أو مسحوق البصل 1 ملعقة كبيرة
فتات الخبز 1 كوب
طحين عادي 1/2 كوب
فلفل اسود 1 ملعقة صغيرة
جبنة موتزاريلا 3/4 كوب
جبنة فيتا 1/2 كوب (مفتتة)
البيض 2
زيت للقلي

jabnat mutzaryla 3/4 kub
jabnat fitana 1/2 kawb (mfattat)

नमक 1 चम्मच
अजमोद (सिर्फ एक मुट्ठी)
डिल (सिर्फ एक मुट्ठी)
प्याज के गुच्छे या प्याज का पाउडर 1 बड़ा चम्मच
ब्रेड क्रम्ब 1 कप
मैदा का आटा 1/2 कप
काली मिर्च 1 चम्मच
मोत्ज़ारेला पनीर 3/4 कप
फेटा पनीर 1/2 कप (टुकड़े टुकड़े में)
अंडे २

  1. Make it Vegan and Gluten-free by eliminating eggs, wheat flour and breadcrumbs, and instead, adding one cup of chickpea flour mixed with half cup of water ( or less depending on how wet your mixture is).
