Aloo gobi rajma dry sabji
Ingredients;-
Boiled potato – 1cup
Boiled cauliflower – 1cup
Boiled kidney beans – 1cup
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2tsp
Slice onions -1/2cup
Red chilli flakes – 3no’s
Chop ginger – 1tsp
Chop garlic – 1tsp
Chop tomatoes – 1/2cup
Rajma masala powder – 1tbs
Coriander leaves – 1bunch
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
Method;-
Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds,
Red chilli flakes, chop ginger, chop garlic, slice onions, salt and
Saute for a minute.
Now add boiled potato, cauliflower, boiled kidney beans,and mix it.
Add rajma masala powder, chop tomatoes and cook for a minute.
In the last add coriander leaves.
Transfer to a plate,serve with hot rice.
Aloo gobi rajma masala curry
Ingredients;-
Potato – 1cup
Cauliflower – 1cup
Rajma – 1cup
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Chop onions – 1/2cup
Hing – pinch
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Tomato puree – 1cup
Rajma masala powder – 1tbs
Kasoori methi powder – 1tsp
Butter – 2cubes
Coriander leaves – 1bunch
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
Method;-
Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, chop onions, salt and cook
It light brown in colour.
Now add hing, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, and cook for some time.
And add rajma masala powder, and cook for 4to 5 minutes.
Now add boiled potato, cauliflower, rajma, salt, some kasoori methi powder,
And cook some more minutes.
In the last add butter, coriander leaves,
Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Maxicon roti
Ingredients;-
Boiled rajma – 1cup
Green chillies – 4no’s
Garlic – 4no’s
Green tomatoes – 2 no’s
Chop coriander leaves – 1tbs
Lemon juice – 1tbs
Chop onions – 1/2cup
Grated cheese – 1/2cup
Chapathi- 1
Butter – 3cubes
Salt – to taste
Method;-
Take a mixie jar put some boiled rajma, and add butter, salt
And grind in to coarse paste. Keep a side.
Heat grill pan, green chillies burnt it. Transfer in to a mixie jar,
Add some garlic, green tomatoes, salt, chop coriander leaves,
Lime juice, and grind in to coarse paste.
Now take one chapati and apply the rajma paste.
And put some chop onions, sweet corn, chop coriander leaves,
grated cheese, Green chilli salsa, and roll it.
Serve in a plate, and enjoy.
