  3. The only problem was your overnight oats had no oats in them at all. There is a protein that you can get that is 30 g for 1 tablespoon and has no flavor I think it’s called Gen pro I’ll be honest it looks really boring the same food every day for every meal definitely need some variety

  5. For God's sake people ! Vegetarians and vegnas get so much protein. You don't need that awful powder.. Especially on a keto diet, the amount of protein is so little that I can't figure it out how not to eat so much protein!

  7. I think more veg would make keto a lot easier. I've read with some cruciferous veg the macros don't really need to be exact to still reap the benefits. and the benefits of higher veg consumption would drastically overtake the benefits of strict macros if you're a normal person (vs someone with an illness that may require stricter protocol). i can't say i didn't cringe a bit at the lack of fresh food here. other than that, super helpful!!! thank you 🙂

  9. I veganized these tofu nuggets by using “just egg” as the batter instead of eggs, and I added vegan creamer! They were super tasty! Keep the vegetarian/vegan Keto recipes coming!

I tried the tofu nuggets and omg are they good, I have never baked tofu, and the texture changes and is similar to a chicken nugget, especially with the "breading" I used almond milk though instead of the heavy cream to save the calories so I can add cheese to the salad. Im vegetarian and am completely giving up processed fake meats after learning about the harms of processing soy and am only using organic, non gmo tofu ( only $2.50 a pack, $0.63 a serving). and this recipe is a life saver! My whole family, who arnt vegetarian, kept picking at the nuggets!

  16. Would be boring for 5 days. You need a few more options this is ok for maybe 2 days. How about spiraled squash pasta, veggie soups, sautéed veggies, lettuce wraps, my gosh so many interesting options possible with some more imagination! Like the baked tofu though. Thanks.

  17. I thought tofu wasnt allowed on keto diet? I dont eat red meat or pork so im disgusted by keto videos that have these i eat chicken and turkey i dont eat sausage or hot dogs cause of nitrates those cause cancer duh so idk any feedback helps TIA
