  1. This is why, I struggle to do keto as a lifestyle. I Mmiss the hummus, kibbee and the magnificent dishes at the local vegan place. But can I do both and lose pounds? I regret to admit, Im a doubter….

  2. Olivia, beautiful meal! Do you soak the chickpeas and sesame seeds first? If yes, for how long? Are the chickpeas from a can or dry when you get them?
