Simple Gujarati Thali Recipe – Easy Vegetarian Thali/ Simple Dinner Recipes Gujarati

Hey Friends, presenting you a simple Gujarati Thali recipe which gets prepared in 30 minutes. This Thali is the best addition in these days of lockdown. Do try these recipes at home.
Ingredients :-
For Moongdal khichdi –
2 tblsp ghee
3 cloves (laung)
1 stick of cinnamon (dalchini)
5 black peppercorns (kali mirch)
1/2 cup green grams (moong dal) (according to the measurement of 200ml/cup)
1 cup Surti kolam rice (or any rice)
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi powder)
3 cups of water
2 tsp salt
For Aloo Pyaaz and Tomato ki sabzi –
1 potato (275gm) chopped
2 onions finely chopped (225 gms)
2 tomatoes finely chopped (100gms)
2-3 tblsp oil
2 bay leaves (tej patta)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi powder)
1 tblsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1 tblsp coriander-cumin powder dhaniya-jeera powder)
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 cups of water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
2-3 tblsp coriander leaves (dhaniya)
For Masala chaas –
1 cup fresh yoghurt
2 tblsp coriander leaves chopped
25-30 mint leaves chopped (pudhina)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup cold water
For Jowar roti –
1 cup jowar flour (sorghum or new quinoa)
3/4 cup water
