Honestly i used to tell myself that i like healthy food but every healthy vegitarian recipie sounds horrible to me i feel terriable about my body cause i binge eat unhealthy food and am overweight but i love frenchfrys tatertots cerals and highly fatty foods i uss so much butter when cooking veggie cause it tasts gross to me idk what to do

  6. I just don't really get, do Americans never eat cooked food for lunch? That would be so much more filling, I mean salads are cool every now and then but something properly cooked fills you up way more and is better for digestion. I would eat broccoli raw for sure, plus the title is misleading, if this was vegetarian you could have spiced it up with eggs or dairy but this was just simply vegan.
